"The coach used highly effective empathic methods that help people challenge themselves to improve. His techniques activate IQ and EQ to improve individual performance and in turn teams and organisations. Working with him was enjoyable as well as stimulating and rewarding. He has a gift for making time together feel professional and personal."

"The Paradigm21 coach was terrific. He has excellent people insights. His contributions always focus on the practical, yet he is also able to provide a sound theoretical rationale for his recommendations. I appreciated his discrete yet incisive style, which proved effective for me in helping me achieve my coaching goals. I have no hesitation in recommending Paradigm21 as an executive coach for anyone."

Shadow Coaching is observational, situational, 'real time', fast-learning that increases self-awareness and leadership strengths based on 'personal reflection' of habitual actions.
The coach meets with the executive's team members, colleagues to explain they will be attending daily meetings and why.
The executive's meetings are attended by the coach who observes behavioral patterns that contribute to their exceptional or under performance.
Usually the executive controls their behavior during the first few minutes. But slowly forget the coach is there and return to their typical behaviors.
After each observation, the coach and executive collaborate on 'what went well' and 'what to improve' to identify 'blind spots' the executive does not realize.
This immediate feedback meeting has proven to quickly increase mindfulness, inspiring them to alter their actions to strengthen their skills and performance.
