Phase 1: Strategy Planning and Analysis.

Feasibility Study and Market Research.
We will evaluate your concept, mission and objectives. Then perform an analysis of your present business, financials, capital necessary for new start ups, operations, systems and controls, legal aspects, marketing and advertising approaches and organizational structure.

Business Planning and Strategy Formulation.
From our study and research, we identify the operational, contractual, legal, financial and marketing needs of your franchise program. We help determine the changes and modifications that your existing system may require for adaptation to a franchise operation.

Phase 2: Legal Requirements.

Trademark and Service Mark Registration.

Protecting the corporate name, logo, design and colors is essential to establishing a market brand identity. Registered protection is available at country level allowing you to use ® symbol. It is absolutely critical to protect your mark as its your brand, image and many times what inspires franchisees to join the system.

Legal Documentation Required by Regulatory Agencies.
The USA, Australia, Canada, Malaysia and China (and others) have  federal, state and provincial franchising regulatory requirements that must be met prior to offering  your franchise to its residents.  Failure to comply with these requirements can result in heavy fines and a restriction on conducting business in the country.

Single, Area and Master Franchise Agreement and Offering Circular

Franchise Agreement: Drafting effective and enforceable single, area and master franchise agreements that incorporate all decisions made during the strategic planning process, and provide for maximum flexibility throughout the relationship.

Offering Circular: This document contains 23 sections and is an indepth, comprehensive overview of the franchisor and franchise system.  It is required in the USA under federal and most state laws. Many countries such as China, Japan, Malaysia, Canada, Australia and the UK have adopted similar regulatory requirements


Phase 3: Operational Materials.

Operations and Employee Manuals

After reviewing existing operations, an operations and employee manual will be developed covering all aspects of establishing and operating the franchise.


Phase 4:
Franchise Marketing and Sales.

Marketing, Promotion and Sales Process.
Based on the target market and franchisee profile, we will work with you to develop the franchise marketing and promotion strategies including exhibiting at various franchise shows within the target region.

Also, we will help develop the franchisee brochure, application and qualification package, sales materials, ads, brochures, publicity programs, presentations and franchise sales techniques.


Franchisee Recruitment, Qualification and Selection.
In collaboration with you, we establish screening methods, procedures, and formats for interviewing and qualifying potential franchisees. Some franchisors use spsychological and attitudinal tests to evaluate prospective franchisees.


Phase 5: Training and Support.

You must realize that you are now in a new business. And the key to your future success hinges on the effectiveness of each franchisee. The new business is expanding operations with new customers (owner-operators) offering new services (initial training and ongoing support as well as continuous control and monitoring mechanisms to ensure they are following your success formula.  We will work with you to create the structure and elements to ensure success.
