Professional Summary

Robert is a recognized executive coach, corporate trainer, succession planning and career transition specialist. He has a doctorate in Knowledge Management and a published author with a passion for 'brain' research. As a university professor he specializes in Strategy, Human Resources, International Business, Marketing, Organizational Behavior and Change.

His expertise is practical "hands on", cross-industry and cross-functional providing a holistic business perspective to quickly and clearly understand strategic functional linkages that maximize performance, develop thought leadership,  and manage change initiatives.

Robert's 20 year executive background demonstrates outstanding leadership, innovation and success in start-ups, emerging and turnaround situations which includes: President / CEO of Paradigm21 Group, a
human capital development, performance coaching and training consultancy; Senior   Consultant   with   a   publicly-traded   global management consultancy and Senior Associate  with  a  premier international M&A firm.

Previously, he was President and Chief Operating Officer with a Fortune 500 subsidiary, manufacturer and franchisor of design centers.  Prior  to  that,  he  was President / CEO of a technology consulting  and  services  firm;  then  President / CEO  for  an international  software  development  and  licensing  organization  that  introduced one of the first Windows-based fax programs.

As Sr. Vice President and co-founder of a publicly-traded technology firm he pioneered the first US and most well-known computer services franchise network. The company set industry standards, showcased on TV, in the WSJ, NY Times and other business publications, and established the industry model being recognized as the ‘Hertz’ of computer rentals. 

He has served as advisor and board member for both private corporations and public organizations such as the National Science Foundation and MindForce Consulting providing consultancy and problem-solving to organizations engaged in emerging industries and technologies.
